SAW OUR WEE MAN AGAIN!!

Had 4d scan this weekend, it went really well. Wee man was great for first half hour or so, then went all shy and disappeared!! He was doing this really funny Adam Ant, Prince Charming impersonation with his arms in front of and above his head!! Actually, as it’s X Factor season - never mind the wee man thinking he's Prince Charming - he obviously thinks he's got the X Factor, lol!!! Sonographer had me walking about and rolling from one side to the other (v painful with SPD and my over stretched ligaments - never mind, things you do!) But the wee fella had had enough! Got some great photos and DVD, but only four minutes worth, so they gave us a discount. Good to see the wee fella is already a bargain hunter like his mammy and daddy!!

We were at my sister’s friend’s house for a party she was having as a wedding celebration for my sister and her new hubby. I had taken a picture on my mobile of the scan photo, and my mum couldn’t take her eyes off it!

Also - I know we said we weren't buying any more, but we were in TK Maxx (fatal) and DH saw the cutest leather jacket!!! So, he has that to grow into when he's 2/3yrs!!!!

DRAMA!!

Wee bit of drama yesterday - ended up at Wishaw Gen! As you know, baby is constantly on the right side, but he decided he fancied a change of scenery Monday night/Tuesday morning and moved to the left. After I got up for my 3am pee, my tum was aching and I couldn't lie back down, or lift my legs into bed. When I felt my bump, that was when I realised the wee man had moved! The stretching that had taken 25 weeks on the right, the wee man was trying to achieve in one night!

I can't tell you how sore it was! Anyway, I was hoping it would ease off during the day, but when it didn't I was a wee bit concerned so phoned the maternity and they told me to come up.

I think they thought it might be the fibroid, but they put it down to ligaments being stretched by the wee fella!! They traced his heartbeat for quite a while and were pleased with that. My urine had a trace of blood in it, but they didn't seem overly concerned. So, rest and paracetamol!

It's still sore now, but at least the wee man's got more room to move about.
