Had our booking in appointment at the clinic yesterday, so saw our midwife again. Strange to look down at our notes and see “twins now singleton” as on the one hand it feels like a lifetime ago, and on the other, it’s constantly in the back of your mind.

Told her we wanted to go straight for an amnio, as last time after our blood work we had four weeks of worry before the amnio results showed everything was ok. The midwife requested another scan which should be soon, and we made an appointment for the 10th March with Dr Willocks – it will be so good to see her, then the amnio should be a week or two after that.
