BACK TO THE ACUPUNCTURE

Back to see Rhona yesterday. Feels good to be doing something constructive to help the process along. Rhona is lovely too which helps, she gave me a huge hug when I went in. Anyway because I normally see her on a Monday, with Christmas being on a Monday this year I have a couple of sessions booked with the other acupuncturist, Maureen, which I'm actually looking forward to, it will be interesting to hear someone elses view on the subject!

Off to walk the pooch, need to walk off a few pounds by Friday if that's possible! Got DH's works Christmas party so have to look my best, lol!

SORRY - BEEN NEGLECTING YOU!!

Had our appointment last week. Apparently GRI's stats for FET have been better this last year than their fresh cycles! That was some good news anyway - but only 65% of embryos survive the thaw, so, as I was hoping to only thaw three or four at a time, it looks like it has to be all seven, that way they can pick the best.

Anyway, more good news - not one single drug!!! Woohoo!! Everything is totally natural. They take lots of blood samples to check when you will be ovulating, and pop them in around day 14 of your cycle, when your womb is naturally nice and thick.

At the moment my cycle is about one week late, so looks like it will be mid January when we start.
